Mentoring 101
Congrats on wanting to mentor! If you’re here you want to help younger future female student pilots reach their goal of flying. You probably know how long, sometimes confusing, and often lonely the pursuit can be. We are changing that! Whether you have recently started to fly or have 60 hours logged, there is a mentee for you. To help us get you started, please fill out the form.

Sierra-Tango Sisters focuses on pre-teen/teen girls (18 and under) at the beginning of their aviation pursuit. Mentors are generally 2+ years older than their mentees. If you over the age of 21 please see the Ninety-Nines or Women in Aviation International websites for mentoring opportunities.
*As a Captain, you will be required to help recruit for your Crew, new Captains and Cadets.
