Sierra-Tango Sisters is a program designed for girls in the beginning stage of their aviation journey, from dreaming of flying until they achieve their Private Pilot License. Mentees are ages 10-18 while Mentors, who we call Captains, are under the age of 21 and student pilots themselves or newer PPL holders.

Sierra-Tango Sisters will help place you in a Crew that is aligned with your age, goals and location. If you have a Crew or Captain request we will do our best to place you in your preferred group!

Yes! The best time to sign up for Sierra-Tango Sisters is right at the beginning of your aviation journey. We will help get you off the ground!

Sierra-Tango Sisters events will be held at local airports and also partner with local groups for events.

Yes! Student pilots with at least 4 hours of flight time can apply to be a Captain.
